00 - Hello World
Hello, congratulations on finding this blog! You can now read the ramblings of a disgruntled computer programmer as he works on something that he thinks makes him happy.
I've been in the tech industry for only a few years now, but it has worn me down faster than a random write-heavy workload on QLC flash. I think I still like computers though. Having a device that can crunch numbers for you just plain cool, and the fact that we've been able to put this power into every niche you can think of is nothing short of amazing. However, my limited experience on the job has failed to invoke that same sense of wonder.
So I'm setting out to do solo project work by myself, entirely on my own terms, with only two requirement: to learn something new, and to have fun! I'm going to try to write my posts in a way that shows my thought process, with the obstacles I run into and other nitty-gritty details.
